About Us

Born of a love for Montana and the unique experiences our home state provides, owners Mike Kane and Jason Olenick started on a path almost two decades ago that led them to create what is now RMR Builders.  Early on they began with remodeling older and often historic Missoula homes.  Their love for construction, mutual respect for each others work ethic, and belief in quality craftsmanship led them to grow their team - adding custom new builds to their resume.  RMR Builders has built their reputation solidly on word of mouth from satisfied clients, which speaks volumes in the construction business and is the reason they are where they are today.  In 2019, Kyler Reardon became an owner after working with RMR for several years.  Their hand-selected team consists of the highest skilled workers in our area to ensure a dedication to quality over quantity. They place value on local business relationships and only work with the best sub-contractors they trust to represent their name. Simply put, RMR holds themselves to a higher standard.  Each project they take on is done so with thoughtful dedication to the ethos that was manifested back in 2005: Building the Future and Restoring the Past.
